It was as expected, had a relaxing stay in this gorgeous town. Everything was excellent at this hip new hotel. The staff were efficient and easygoing and kept the place fairly clean. Its location walking distance to restaurants and bars was best possible and awesome. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Santa Lucia Trattoria that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

In our well-appointed and pet-friendly room with the mountain view bed was comfy. The staff were attentive and very very helpful and knew their area. The position was magnificent and unbeatable, restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel.

The view is amazing, located right in the heart of downtown. There's a cool terrace connected to the room, plus you can get your caffeine fix with a Nespresso machine and an iPad is also provided. the bed is super comfy 😊.

Room was clean, close to Banff NP.
We stayed in the room right by the road and under the stairs of the second floor so it was very noisy. Had the feeling that if we had paid the "normal" room rate (so not booked by Bookings.nl) we wouldn't have got this room.
